i have to do a spanish home work, my teacher wants us to write why there are things such as classic cars, jeans, paintings, and ect. What makes something classic?

Well, things are classic because either:

1) thay have been popular for a very long time.

2) because they were popular a Long Long time ago.
or
3) because they are still very popular and known by many to all the population.

usually, in a sense for cars, they are made “classics” by how old they are… 20 yrs old or more, and antiques 50 yrs old or more i think.

paintings and such are classics when they are old, had been popular, by dead artisits. usually very popular to see in displays at museums.

movies by how old they are, and how popular they are and were.

fashion? i’m not so sure. i would imagine it would be if they followed a specific fit that hasn’t changed much over the years. such as “classic fit” jeans.

i hoped this helped. classic has to do with time things have been around.
