 New York (Mainstreet) &#8211; Each year, just before Black Friday, National Retail Federation released a preliminary list of the Top 10 retailers&#8217; customer service. This year&#8217;s list, which preceded the official rankings, published each January based on responses to consumers in 9374. Participants were asked at the beginning of September, retailers felt provides exceptional customer service every day. The question is open ended so that respondents can name retailers, who came to mind.
